Discover how customers have been improving our services

Resident Scrutiny Panel raring to go!

In January 2018, customers on our Resident Scrutiny Panel received training to help them to review our service and performance. They have decided to inspect our repairs service next.

During a review the Panel members carry out an investigation. To do this they may observe our colleagues at work, speak to customers who have used the service they are reviewing and interview staff and contractors. They then make recommendations, a set actions for us to improve our services.

We are currently looking for customers who would like to learn more about becoming a Mystery Shopper or Customer Auditors.
