At Irwell Valley we want to motivate and inspire our colleagues!

 

All colleagues take part in our unique programme that we call Your Mind Your Business. The programme encourages colleagues to focus on their strengths, goals and values and how these can be tied into our corporate vision and values. We want to help our colleagues to be the best they can.

Your Mind Your Business is a one-day course, devised and refined over the last two years by Irwell Valley and backed by some of the country’s leading business figures and world leading motivational gurus.

Your Mind Your Business has been designed to help colleagues achieve far more than they ever thought possible; whether that’s getting a job at the top of their organisation, being able to get through their workload, but still leave the office at 5:00pm every day, or having the confidence to say ‘no’ to their boss.

Your Mind Your Business teaches colleagues to focus on what’s important to them and helps colleagues get the best out of their team, while making the workplace a fun place to be.
