If you are being affected by anti social behaviour you can use the website to create an on-line account. From your account you can complete new incident forms and view your completed forms.
By recording information on-line, your incident forms can be sent straight through to the person investigating your case who will work with you to help resolve the issue. Please ensure that you log each incident separately.
If you would like to use this on-line facility, please discuss this with your Neighbourhood Manager or the colleague assigned to your case. Once you have received your log on details you will be able to use the service.
Your log on details will ensure that only you can send future incidents sheets and see the information you have recorded. You should not share these log on details with anyone else, unless you want them to use the on-line service on your behalf.
