At Irwell Valley, we realise that things will wear out or break in your home. Therefore, we have a team of people who are here to help you when you need to report a repair. In this section, you will find out how to report a repair, how quickly your repair should be completed and which repairs you are responsible for. You can even report your repair on-line!
You will need to know who is responsible for carying out repairs in your home as some repairs are
your responsibility.
To help you understand your responsibilities,and how to go about reporting a repair we have produced an on-line repairs handbook, which provides general advice to residents on dealing with repairs.

Reporting Your Repair
You can report a repair by calling our Repairs Service Centre between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (10am to 5pm on Tuesdays) on FREEPHONE 0800 035 2210. If you have an emergency repair out of normal office hours, you should call us on the same FREEPHONE number and choose option 1.

Please ensure the repairs you are reporting are the repsonsibility of Irwell Valley. If you are unsure please feel free to ask a member of our Service Centre who will be happy to help. Alternatively see our section of the website called "Your Repairs Responsibilty".
Reporting Your Repair - Leaseholders and Shared Owners
If you are a leaseholder or shared owner, the terms of your lease will identify which repairs we will be responsible for. You would report your repair in exactly the same way as outlined above. If you are unsure about who is responsible for completing the repair - please conatct us & we will do all we can to help you.
