Responsive and Empty Homes Repairs Contract

Irwell Valley Housing Association (IVHA) is looking to procure a contract for its responsive (day to day) and empty homes (void) repairs with a start date of 1st July 2011.

The contract will be procured under a framework arrangement with the successful contractor being awarded the contract for a period of three years with an optional extra year that will be subject to performance and/or a mini competition.

IVHA has circa 7100 homes of varying archetypes and carries out circa 22000 responsive repairs per annum and circa 780 empty homes refurbishment/repairs.
