The Rt. Hon Ruth Kelly MP will officially open The Picture House, Irwell Valley’s newest development in Bolton, Friday November 30 2007.
Occupying a landmark position in Bolton’s Bradshawgate, The Picture House is a stunning 44 apartment development for first time buyers and key workers looking for affordability, style and space. Designed by award winning architects MBLA, the 5-storey development comprises 32 two-bed apartments and 12 duplex arranged in two wings. All the apartments are fully fitted and decorated throughout. The duplexes include en suite to the master bedroom. A spacious and light central courtyard is visible from the apartment entrances and parking spaces are available for residents.
Prices start from £52,000 for a 50% share, with rent for the un owned equity from £150.00 per month and since the apartments were released for sale off plan in April 2007, contracts have exchanged on just under a third and sales are proceeding on several others.
The Picture House compliments Bolton’s local authority town-centre living strategy, providing high specification and exceptional value homes in the town and is Irwell Valley’s third major development in the town following the successful conversion of The Old School Rooms on Great Moor St and The Arches on Clive St, which received a Civic Trust Award for Design.
The Rt. Hon. Ruth Kelly MP, former Secretary of State for Communities and `Local Government, will officially open The Picture House on Friday November 30 2007 at 10.30am.
