Irwell Valley provides a number of specialist services across Greater Manchester. These services are provided through accommodation schemes or can be offered in the home by our floating support service.
We also work with specialist partner agents that enable us to provide accommodation and support to the more vulnerable members of the community. All our supported housing services are externally monitored by the local Supporting People team and guarantee a high quality service.
Support services are provided by trained Irwell Valley colleagues, are person centred and focus on the needs of the individual. Benefits such as
Gold Service are available to residents and in many cases help facilitate group activities.
Below is a small selection of schemes that we currently operate. For further information please contact the
Lettings Team.
Trafford: Temporary accommodation for young people aged 16 to 25 and floating support services
Bury: A purpose built development that provides accommodation and support for people with a physical or sensory disability
Bolton: Temporary accommodation for homeless single women and floating support services
