Irwell Valley’s Home Ownership Team is responsible for the provision of property management services such as window cleaning, gardening and redecoration as detailed in leasehold and service charge agreements to shared ownership properties and leasehold schemes.
The team provides a responsive management service to 400 residents in five local authority areas across the North West. The specific services provided to homeowners are dependent on their type of property (house or apartment) and what property management provision is included within their lease.
