Irwell Valley’s Sales & Leasehold Team is responsible for the provision of day to day property management services such as communal repairs, window cleaning, gardening and redecoration as detailed in a lease or service charge agreement to shared ownership properties, leasehold properties and properties purchased under the right to buy or acquire.
The team provides a responsive management service to residents in five local authority areas across the North West. The specific services provided to homeowners are dependent on their type of property (house or apartment) and what property management provision is included within their lease.

At Irwell Valley, we realise that things in the communal areas of our apartment blocks will wear out or break. Therefore, we have a team of people who are here to help you when you need to report a repair.
