The Tenant Participation Advisory Service for England is a national non-profit making organisation that provides information, advice, training, consultancy, seminars, and conferences on all aspects of involving tenants in their housing management. We are a membership organization made up of tenant’s groups, Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords (e.g. Housing Associations, Local Housing Companies), and our management committee is made up of an equal number of tenants and landlords.
