Irwell Valley is a non-profit making housing association, a registered Industrial & Provident Society and a registered charity.
All our residents are given the opportunity to become shareholding members of the Association for a £1 stake – which gives them the opportunity to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and vote on critical issues affecting the business and our rules.
Over 1,000 residents have chosen to become shareholding members of Irwell Valley.
