How to Complain - First of all, contact the office where the problem has arisen (within 6 months of the problem occurring) and discuss your concerns with one of our colleagues.  You can also do make a complaint by filling in and returning this form.    We will do all we can to resolve complaints and respond positively to your comments and compliments.
