Who or What is the TSA
They are the Tenant Services Authority, the new regulator for affordable housing. They were launched on 1 December 2008, having taken over the regulatory powers of the Housing Corporation. They believe housing matters, and that access to good quality housing improves lives. Their goal, quite simply, is to raise the standard of services for tenants.
In July 2009 they published the
final annual report and accounts for their predecessor, the Housing Corporation.
