Paying your rent?

Contact our Legal Services team for help or advice with paying rent, benefits advice or finances on 0800 035 2211 between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (10.00 a.m. on Tuesdays).  We also have a late night opening on Wednesday until 6.30 p.m.  Alternatively, see the Pay your rent section of this website.

Reporting a repair?

Contact our Service Centre for reporting a repair on 0800 035 2210 between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday – Friday (10.00 a.m. on Tuesdays) or see the Repairs section of this website.

You can also call our Out of Hours emergency service on 0845 345 7808 from 5.00 p.m. to 9.00 a.m. on weekends or bank holidays.
