At Irwell Valley, we realise that things will wear out or break in your home. Therefore, we have a team of people who are here to help you when you need to report a repair. In this section, you will find out how to report a repair, how quickly your repair should be completed and which repairs you are responsible for. You can even report your repair on-line!
You will need to know who is responsible for carrying out repairs in your home as some repairs are
your responsibility.

Reporting Your Repair
You can report a repair 24 hours a day by calling
0800 035 2210. Should you wish to speak with IVHA directly regarding a repair then please call our Repairs Service Team between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Our out of hours service team will handle all emergency enquires that you need to make outside of our normal opening times.
You can also report a repair on-line 24 hours a day 7 days a week by clicking on the Report a Repair button or by following this link to the
On-Line Repair Form, all repairs will be picked up the next working day. You will need your address and account details to use this service.
You can also TEXT repairs to us 24 hours a day 7 days a week on 07767620175, all repairs text to us Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.30am will be responded to on the same day, any texts outside of these times will be picked up on the next working day. Please make sure you include your name, address and repair details on your text.

Reporting Your Repair - Leaseholders and Shared Owners
If you are a leaseholder or shared owner, the terms of your lease will identify which repairs we will be responsible for. You would report your repair in exactly the same way as outlined above. If you are unsure about who is responsible for completing the repair - please contact us & we will do all we can to help you. Callback
As winter sets in and the bad weather arrives we receive a much higher level of repair calls. We are sorry if you have struggled to get through to our repairs team by phone, but our advisor's are answering all calls as quickly as possible.

Just follow the simple instructions when the callback option is offered to you when you call. Our advisor's will then call you back automatically when your call would have reached the front of the queue.
