Service charges
We'll only ask you to pay a service charge when it is fair to do so.
Here are some examples of things that may require a service charge:
- Communal facilities within a 50+ scheme.
- Caretaking at a multi-storey block of flats.
- A lift at a multi-storey block of flats.

What we promise
We'll always make sure service charges represent good value for money.
We work out each service charge in a way that shows the cost of providing the service to everyone who uses it.
We will always consult with residents to make sure you agree that our approach is fair.
If we ever need to increase a service charge, we'll give you a minimum of 28 days' notice.
