Improved Gold Service benefits!
To mark the 10th anniversary of the introduction of Gold Service, we reviewed and relaunched the benefits associated with Gold Service.
As well as retaining many of the most popular elements of Gold Service such as cashback (£1 per week for each week that membership is maintained), faster repairs, access to education & training grants and Community Gold - we launched a whole new range of benefits. These include:
- A personalised Gold Service membership card (known as the "Compliments Card")
- Choice as to what to do with Gold Service cashback points (including crediting to members own Compliments card, crediting to members own home improvement account, paying into a credit union account etc)
- A debit card onto which the Gold Service cashback will be uploaded once a year

- A mini statement explaining your cashback points
- Access to Irwell valley contractors
- Membership anniversary payments at 2 years, 5 years and 10 years - to say thank you for your loyalty
