Shore Green is a specialist service providing accommodation, support and care to older people with memory loss to enable them to live independent lives as long as possible. A unique service to Manchester, this purpose built accommodation is provided either in one bedroom apartments or two bedroom bungalows, allowing couples to live together or family members to provide support, all within a safe and pleasant setting.
