Shore Green is a specialist service proving accommodation, support and care to older people with memory loss to enable them to live independent lives as long as possible. A unique service to Manchester, this purpose built accommodation is provided either in one bedroom apartments or two bedroom bungalows, all within a safe and pleasant setting. The scheme is designed to provide reassurance for residents and family members and the personal care is available from the in-house scheme.
