Supported Housing

Irwell Valley is committed to working with all the members of the community where we provide homes. This commitment is essential to create fantastic places to live and enjoy life – and that applies to everyone!

We provide a number of specialist schemes, across Greater Manchester, both accommodation based and floating support, for a wide range of client groups. We also work with specialist partner agents that enable us to provide accommodation and support to the more vulnerable members of the community. All our supported housing services are externally monitored by the local Supporting People team, so you have a guarantee of the quality of the services we provide.

At Irwell Valley we listen to the needs of our customers – and this equally applies to residents living in our supported housing. Support services are provided by trained Irwell Valley colleagues, are person centred and focus on the needs of the individual. Benefits such as Gold Service are available to residents to enhance their schemes and in many cases help facilitate group activities.

Trafford: Temporary accommodation for young people aged 16 to 25 and Floating Support Services

Bury: Purpose built development to provide accommodation and support to people with a physical or sensory disability

Bolton: Temporary accommodation for homeless single women and Floating Support Services

Manchester: Medium term services for people with mental health issues

Partner Agents: Services across Greater Manchester working in partnership with specialist agencies.
