What to expect from us
On receipt of a report of Anti-Social Behaviour
- All reports of Anti Social Behaviour will be logged on our anti social behaviour database
- All witnesses will be posted an acknowledgement letter within 1 working day with the details of the case reference number, the person assigned to investigate the case and a date in which you can expect to be contact by
- Cases will be assigned to one person who will be responsible for investigating the case
- Witnesses will be contacted and interviewed within specific response time
Examples of our response times are:
24 hour response for Category A complaints such as:
- Hate behaviour
- Threats and/or acts of violence
Within 5 working days for Category B and C complaints such as:
- Neighbour disputes
- Animal nuisance
- Loud music
An action plan will be agreed with the witness as to how the case is to progress. Witnesses will then be contacted at agreed time scales throughout the duration of their case, usually weekly or fortnightly.
Customers have the ability to report anti social behaviour 24 hours a day 365 days of the year.
Protecting you
The Association will not disclose any details about you to a third party without your consent. Every step will be taken by the Association not to identify you should you not wish to be identified.
