Caroline Thompson, our Debt Prevention Officer is representing Irwell Valley in working closely with the Stop Loan Sharks Campaign, as a Campaign Partner in Salford and attended the re-launch event on Tuesday 7th February 2012.
The relaunch is going to be covered on the
BBC news, 10pm Tuesday 7th February and the story features a BBC reporter following the police and trading standards as they raid and arrest loan sharks in the Salford area, where three local loan sharks suspects have been arrested. The campaign is also being covered by the MEN Newspaper and local radio shows.
