Irwell Valley have recieved two reccomendations of good practice from a report produced by the National Tenant Organisations.
A panel looked at 257 Annual Reports to tenants as selected by the TSA and rated them. Irwell valley were mentioned in the
full report on P32 for our work in Customer Involvement during the production of our Annual Report. We are also mentioned on page 44 for our efforts in achieving Value for Money.
This is a fantastic way to demonstrate the efforts Irwell Valley are making to ensure we provide customer focussed services and achieve the best Value for Money in everything we do!
