We have redesigned the customer comments cards you will find on reception when visiting our head office in Old Trafford.
We felt that the old customer comments card design wasn't eye catching enough and that there wasn't enough room for customers to write their comments on the back.
We have now changed the design to look like the TSA Annual Report to Customers we sent out in October 2010, which customers helped us design. We’re hoping the new eye catching design and the opportunity to win a £20 Bonus Bond voucher every month for every completed comment card will encourage visitors at Head Office to fill them in.
There is now much more room on the back of the comments cards for customers to write their feedback on, so please next time you call in to head office, complete a comments card and you could win £20 of Bonus Bond vouchers!
