Tenant Portal - access to online services

Take Control of Your Account 24 Hours a Day with our new Tenant Portal!

Through the tenant portal you can:

  • View your rent account
  • Pay rent
  • Report a repair
  • See where a reported repair is up to 
  • View personal information

More information about your account with Irwell Valley will be made available through the portal over the new few months.

Existing tenants can register on the portal to get instant access, but make sure you make a note of your important login details. You will need an email address in case you forget your login details so if you don't yet have an email maybe now is a good time to set one up. You can do this by visiting a number of websites including Google, Hotmail, AOL.
