VFM Suggestion Scheme On-line Form

Have you got an idea which may improve any services which Irwell Valley provides that are innovative and new? Then please complete the form below and you could be rewarded for you efforts! The reward for a new suggestion that has been agreed as a good idea by the Colleague & Customer suggestion team is either a £20 credit to your compliments card or a credit to your rent or resident recharge account. If these payment methods are not applicable, an equivalent payment method will be made to you (The Payment method will be at the discretion of the VFM team). Each year the panel will select one suggestion they feel has produced the most improvements, and will reward the resident(s) with an additional £250! Suggestions will also only be put forward if the same suggestion has not already been submitted. You will be contacted within one month of receipt of this form by the VFM suggestion scheme team to confirm the date of the review meeting and following this you will be informed of whether your suggestion has been accepted.
