Resident Satisfaction Rates

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, as well as providing the services that our customers really want. 

It is, therefore, really important for us to find out what our customers think about the services we offer.
 
We carry out many different surveys over the course of the year.  These range from surveys to find out what you thought about a service you've recently experienced through to the "big" survey we carry out once a year of all residents.  This is often referred to as our "Status" survey.
 
Our last Status survey was carried out during December 2009 - January 2010.  Some of the key results and findings are listed below:

  • Overall satisfaction with IV as a Landlord:  86% were satisfied (84%)
  • Satisfaction with views being taken into account:  73% were satisfied (71%)
  • Satisfaction with the repairs and maintenance service:  75% were satisfied (75%)
  • Satisfaction with the overall quality of the home:  81% were satisfied (82%)
  • Ease of getting hold of the right person:  83% thought it was easy (79%)
  • Good at keeping reidents informed:  85% felt Irwell Valley were good (86%)
  • Value for Money of rent:  83% agreed that their rent offered good value for money (85%)
