As part of our review of Gold Service, members told us that they would prefer to get their cashback paid once a year - and in time for Christmas!
The winter issue of Valleygold gives residents (and Gold Service members) details of how and when their Gold Service cahsback will be paid.
Cashback each year is calculated for a 12 month period (usually November - November) - meaning that Gold Service members can accrue up to £52 cashback!
Depending on which cashback option the individual members have made (either crediting to their Compliments Card, Home Improvement Account, rent account, Community Gold group or Credit Union account).
