New Chair of Board of Managment

Irwell Valley has appointed a new Chair of their Board of Managment. Lynne Garsden, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors takes over from Nigel Neary, who has chaired the Association since 2001.

Lynne, a partner at Manchester based Surveyors and Valuers Guest Garsden, has been a member of Irwell Valley’s Board since 2002. The Association, with an annual turnover of £26m, provides homes and services to over 30,000 residents in Greater Manchester. Listed in the Financial Times Top 50 Great Place To Work companies, Irwell Valley has received numerous awards for design, regeneration schemes and customer service innovation.

CEO Dr. Tom Manion said:

Commenting on her appointment, Lynne says she is looking forward to the challenge.
