How are we doing?
We monitor how we're performing in key areas of service delivery on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This includes monitoring:
- what proportion of repairs are being completed in target time
- how much rent we're collecting
- what level of rent arrears are
- how many empty homes we have
- how quickly we're re-letting any empty homes, and
- the satisfactionlevels of our customers (tenants & leaseholders)
