Who's Who

Following a recent restructure, our Property Investment team has now been given two distinct areas of responsibility, with the responsive (day to day) and relet repairs service being managed from within our Neighbourhood Directorate and the Planned, Re-improvement and Building Services team making up our Property Investment team.

The newly formed Neighbourhood Repairs team, responsible for responsive and relet repairs is headed up by Angela Raftery, Managing Director Neighbourhoods, supported by Cath Mustafa, Deputy Managing Director (North & Haughton Green) and Mike Redford, Deputy Managing Director (South & Sale) with our Property Investment team being headed up by Neil Baumber, Assistant Chief Executive. Our newly formed Neighbourhood Repairs team are responsible for all responsive (day to day) and relet repairs, including the management of our partner contractor, JC Construction, and providing a first class service to our customers. The team is managed by:

Iain Wallace, Neighbourhood Repairs Manager: Iain manages a team of six Neighbourhood Repairs Surveyors who are responsible for responsive and relet repairs within a particular region. Iain also meets regularly with our partner contractors to ensure they are meeting our customer’s aspirations in relation to our repairs service. Working in the North region is Mark Myers, Neighbourhood Repairs Surveyor. Mark is responsible for the repairs service in the North area, which includes Bolton, Bury, Radcliffe and Brierfield. Our Property Investment team, managed by Neil Baumber, will continue to manage all our Planned, Re-Improvement and Building Services contracts.

Heading up Building Services is Rob Cawley, Building Services Manager. Rob is responsible for all our building services such as gas and electrical installations, which includes Domestic and Commercial Gas Contracts, Fire Alarm Management, Lift Maintenance, Water Hygiene, Planned Heating works, Fixed Wire Testing, Portable Appliance Testing and all Insulation works. Responsible for the management of our Planned and Re-Improvement Repairs Programmes are Zahir Ali and Eric Earnshaw, Property Investment Surveyors.
