Richmond Hill, Irwell Valley’s latest flagship development in Salford, has been short
listed in the Affordable Homes Ownership Awards Best Designed Scheme category.
The winning scheme will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on September 4 2008 hosted by Architect and TV Presenter George Clarke. The Awards are supported by Communities and Local Government, English Partnership, the Housing Corporation and the National Housing Federation.
