Neighbourhood Procedures
Irwell Valley has 14 Neighbourhood Managers who work across our communities. Each Neighbourhood Manager has been provided with an Irwell Valley branded Smart car, fully equipped with the latest hand-held technology, which allows the Neighbourhood Managers to work in the community on a day-to-day basis. They also wear fully branded corporate clothing, which can be easily identified by residents.
Our Neighbourhood Managers work to an appointment system, but encourage residents to discuss any issues or concerns when they see them in their area.
Neighbourhood Managers carry out a neighbourhood inspection every quarter, which allows them to identify any external repairs and report any issues that are concerning the community. Residents are encouraged to take part in these inspections and give their feedback. Please click on the Area Events Calendar tab above for dates of inspections in your neighbourhood.
