Innovation

At Irwell Valley we have a policy of not designing “social housing boxes” but of creating fantastic neighbourhoods where people want to live and work. We are working with a number of supply chain partners on some exciting new products to assist in bringing affordable properties to the market for first time buyers, families, housing for the elderly and tackling empty properties which blight areas throughout Greater Manchester.
